Orphans of the Genocide, a documentary by producer Bared Maronian, has been nominated for a 2014 Regional Emmy Award by The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Suncoast Chapter in the category of Documentary – Historical. The film is about the thousands of Armenian orphan left as refugees after the Armenian Genocide committed by the Ottoman authorities.
