The President of Artsakh Awarded the Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Brazil

By the order of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Brazil, His Grace Bishop Narek Berberyan and Chairman of the Diocesan Council, philanthropist Mr. Andre Kisajekyan were awarded with the "Vachagan Barepasht" Medal. "Artsakh remembers and is grateful for the determination of your community to stand by the people of Artsakh during these difficult days," stated the Artsakh President.
