On September 20, the ecumenical delegation of the World Council of Churches visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial. The group arrived in Armenia on September 18 to observe the daily worsening crisis in Artsakh. "The powerful states of the world are silent," says General Secretary of the WCC Jerry Pillay.
