"Dear brothers and sisters, I am concerned about the situation in the Lachine Corridor in the South Caucasus. I am particularly concerned about the difficult humanitarian conditions of the population, which threaten to worsen even more in winter weather conditions. My appeal is to all those involved to find peaceful solutions for the good of the people," Pope Francis stated on December 18, in St. Peter's Cathedral square.
