The Godfather of the Cross of the Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin

For the new year of 2013, with the blessings of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch, and Catholicos of All Armenians; Mr. Sen Arevshatyan, the renowned scientist and academian, served as the godfather of the Cross during the Blessing of the Waters service, in the Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin. As a tradition, the Godfather of the Cross keeps the blessed cross for a week in his home.
