Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

The annual meeting of the priests of the Armenian Diocese of Russia and New Nakhichevan was held in the Moscow rectory under the chairmanship of His Eminence Archbishop Yezras, which was attended by about 40 clergymen from Crimea, Middle Asia, as well as from different cities of Russia. They condemned the action of the police forces preventing the entry of the Catholicos of All Armenians and the clergy to the memorial complex of the Sardarapat heroic battle on May 28. The priests stated that it was an unprecedented shameful act in the history of the Armenian people.
