On January 28, on the occasion of the 28 anniversary of the formation of the Armenian Armed Forces, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Nikol Pashinyan, His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armeninas, Minister of Defense of the Armenian Armed Forces Mr. Davit Tonoyan; placed wreathss at the memorial, dedicated to the memory of the Armenian victims of the Great Patriotic War and Artsakh War in Vardenis.
