The Armenian Apostolic Church calls the second Sunday of Prodigal. With that, the church emphasizes repentance. The sacrament of the day is the parable of the Prodigal Son, presented in the 15th chapter of Luke's Gospel, who repents for his sins and asks for forgiveness. With repentance it is possible to return to the arms of the father. God is waiting for his children to return.
