Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

During the press conference held on August 05, the statement of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin on the draft of the State Public Educational Standards and the subject of the “History of the Armenian Church” was announced. His Grace Bishop Mikael Ajapahian, Chairman of the Subgroup on Educational Issues of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, and Very Rev. Fr. Archimandrite Zakharia Baghumyan, Head of the Christian Educational Center, considered the Standards published by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, as well as, the process of their development, to be failed. The Statement of the Armenian Church is to thoroughly review the draft of the Public Educational Standards.
