St. Sargis Monastery of Ushi village

St. Sargis Monastery of Ushi, Aragatsotn region is a well known pilgrimage site. It was one of the centers of spiritual education in Armenia. From 1999 to 2001 archaelogical excavations were conducted and they discovered many valuable items and cross-stones. Currently the Monastery is in need of renovation.
