Service of Ordination for the Minor Orders-2014

On December 24, the eve of the Feast Day of St. Stephen the Proto-Deacon and First Martyr of the Church; the service of ordination for the minor orders of sub-deacon, acolyte and stole bearer was offered. 20 students from the Vaskenian Theological Academy at Lake Sevan were granted the rank of acolyte and 15 students from the 4th level of the Academy were granted the rank of sub-deacon. The service of ordination for the minor orders was also offered at the Holy Transfiguration Mother Cathedral of Moscow of the Armenian Diocese of Russia and Nor Nakhijevan.
