St. Sarkis the Warrior and his Fourteen Soldiers are the martyred soldiers who fought for the Christian faith. They were canonized by the fathers of our Church. On February 12, the Armenian Church celebrates the Feast of St. Sarkis, and Divine Liturgy is offered in the churches named after the Saint.
