Rafael Gharslan Educational, Cultural and Youth Center opens in Ninotsminda, Georgia

On November 30, the opening of the Rafael Gharslan Educational, Cultural and Youth Center was held in Ninotsminda, Javakhk, Georgia. His Grace Bishop Vazken Mirzakhanyan, Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Georgia, RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Hovhannes Manukyan were in attendance. Benefactors of the center are Mr. Armen and Mr. Tatul Gharslyans, Russia. Many guests from Tbilisi, as well as different regions and adjacent villages of Georgia and Armenia attended the event.
