Press conference of His Grace Bishop Arshak Khachaturyan, Chancellor of the Catholicosate of All Armenians. His Grace addressed the recent proposed amendments to the laws "On Property Tax," "On Land Tax" and codes in the Republic of Armenia Land Code in National Assembly of Armenia.
