At the conclusion of the first day of Pope Francis's visit to Armenia a joint press conference was held with Federico Lombardi, Director of the Holy See Press Office; and Rev. Fr. Vahram Melikyan, Spokesman of the Mother See. Both speakers noted that despite the busy schedule, the events taking place were well organized and in a welcoming atmosphere.
