Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

A press conference was held on 05 December, regarding the Memorandum of Understanding being signed between the Armenian Church and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. Rev. Fr. Ruben Zargaryan, Head of the Prison Ministry Program of the Mother See and Mr. Gevorg Simonyan, Head of the socio-psychological and Legal Activities Department of the Armavir Detention Facility spoke on the agreement and projects being implemented.
