President of the Constitutional Court Received in the Mother See

Under the presidency of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, and with the presence of the clergy, a discussion on the necessity of constitutional changes was held in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. Mr. Gagik Harutyunyan, President of the Constitutional Court, presented the proposed constitutional amendments.
