From 01 to 05 October 2014 His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, paid His first Pontifical visit to Myanmar (formerly Burma) Fr. Paruyr Avetisyan, Director of the Inter- Church Relations Department of the Mother Seer of Holy Etchmiadzin told reporters that the authorities of the country gave a warm welcome to the Catholicos.
