His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, issued new pontifical directive. Rev. Fr. Koryun Arakelyan has been relieved as Abbot of the Gayane Monastery. The Monastic Disciplinary Committee of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin has been instructed to examine issues related to the conduct of Fr. Koryun Arakelyan.
