The 24th day of Great Lent, is called Mijink symbolizing that completion of the first half of Great Lent. According to cultural tradition, housewives bake an unleavened cake and put a coin in it. Whoever finds the coin in their slice will be successful. On this occasion, the “Gata” festival was organized in Akhalkalakh, Georgia. Many pilgrims from Armenia attended the festival.
