Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross is a pilgrimage day of the Arkaz Holy Cross Church in the Vayots Dzor region. On this occasion a Divine Liturgy was celebrated, which was attended by many pilgrims. The church which dates to 8th century, was renovated and re-consecrated in 2011 by His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians.
