Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

On June 8, the Armenian Apostolic Church celebrates the Pentecost, the Feast of the Coming of the Spirit or Holy Trinity. The feast commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles on the fiftieth day of the Resurrection of Christ. The day is also the pilgrimage day of the St. Arakelots Church in Sevan, where the relics of the Apostles are taken to the church.
