Representatives from the Pan-ACYO Governing Board met on September 20, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. General Secretary of the Pan-ACYO, His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America and Reverend Father Eghishe Archmandrite Avetisyan, spiritual advisor to the Pan ACYO led the meeting.
