Palm Sunday in the Dioceses of the Armenian Church

Palm Sunday is usually celebrated one week prior to the feast of Easter, and this feast of Palm Sunday symbolizes the entrance of Our Lord Jesus Christ to Jerusalem. On 1 April 2012 Palm Sunday was celebrated with solemnity in all dioceses of Armenian Apostolic Churches both in Armenia and Diaspora. Children's blessing service was undertaken in all dioceses after holy liturgy.
