Ordination of Deacons in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

On December 25, the Feast of St. Stephen the Protodeacon and First Martyr; the sacrament of ordination deacons was offered in the Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin during Divine Liturgy, under the presidency of His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians. The celebrant was His Grace Bishop Vardan Navasardyan. His Grace ordained 16 students from the Gevorkian Seminary and Priest's Accelerated Course into the Deaconate.
