On November 21 is Celebrated the Feast of the Presentation of the Holy Mother of God to the Temple

On November 21, all Christian Churches celebrated the Feast of the Presentation of the Holy Mother of God to the Temple. According to the Holy Tradition, after Mary’s becoming three-year-old, the pious parents of the Holy Virgin, Jehoiakim and Anna, according to their oath, bring Mary to the Temple and present her to God. Mary remains in the Church till her engagement. Our Church has been celebrating the Feast from the XVIIIth century.
