Memorandum of Understanding Signed by Armenian Church and Ministry of Justice

On November 25, 2014, with the blessings of His Holiness Kareki II, Catholicos of All Armenians; a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Ministry of Justice which delineates the activity of the Prison Ministry Program of the Armenian Church in the detention facilities throughout Armenia. The signing ceremony was held in the Alex and Marie Manoogian Treasury House Museum of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
