On May 10, during His Pontifical visit to the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, participated in a gala Banquet honoring Mr. Nazar Nazarian, a benefactor of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and member of the AGBU Council of Trustees. His Holiness bestowed upon him the highest order of the Armenian Apostolic Church, for his important philanthropic endeavors and service to the Armenian Church and nation.
