At the American University of Armenia Mr. Ruben Safrastyan, Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies, Armenian National Academy of Sciences, delivered a lecture titled “ Ottoman Empire: The genesis of the program of Genocide”.The specialist presented the Armenian genocide as a planned event, discussing a variety of policies written in Ottoman language.
