Islamic Ceremony Conducted in the Hagia Sophia Cathedral Museum

By the decision of the Turkish authorities, an Islamic ceremony was held for the first time in the Museum of Istanbul, the former Christian St. Sophia Cathedral. This is considered as a response to the decision of the German Bundestag, to recognize the Armenian Genocide Resolution. Greece's Foreign Ministry has condemned holding the ceremony.
