On August 17, at the Holy Cross monument and the Holy Trinity Tabernacle of Hope in Aparan, Armenia, His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians offered a blessing service on the occasion of the installation of the 1713th cross, representing Armenia's 1,713 years as a Christian nation.
