Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

In the Armenian Apostolic Church, the period from the Palm Sunday to the Glorious Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ is called Holy Week. During Holy week we remember the teachings of Our Lord Jesus Christ's, during the last seven days of his earthly life - afflictions, death and resurrection. This year it begins on April 09 and will end on the evening of April 16 with the celebration of a Candlelight Divine Liturgy.
