Ground-Blessing service in the Military Institute

On 01 December 2012, a Ground-Blessing service was offered for the new Mesrop Mashtots Church being constructed at the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Institute. The service was offered by the Primate of the Chaplains of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, His Grace Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan. The students of the Institute and many guests were in attendance for the service.
