This year the period of Great Lent began on February 27th and will end with the Feast of the Glorious Resurrection of Jesus Christ on the 16th of April. The main goal of this period is the purification of our lives, the liberation of our souls and bodies from sin. During Great Lent priests visit various institutions and speak on the meaning and importance of the Fast.
