Granting of Doctoral (Vardapetakan) Staff to Rev. Fr. Hovnan Hakobian - April 2010

Rev. Fr. Hovnan Hakobian of the Brotherhood of Holy Etchmiadzin successfully defended his doctoral thesis last week in the Mother See. By order of His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, he was granted his doctoral (Vardapetakan) staff in the Church of St. Mesrop Mashtots in Oshakan today by His Grace Bishop Ararat Kaltakjian.
