Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

The General Assembly of the UNESCO "World Heritage Cities" will be held from October 7-9 in the city of Vagharshapat. The assembly is being held in conjunction with events dedicated to the 2697th anniversary of Vagharshapat. At the opening of the three-day session were His Holiness Catholicos of All Armenians, Mr. Serj Sargsyan; President of the Republic of Armenia, the Minister of the RA Ministry of Culture and other high ranking officials.
