Feast of the Presentation and Blessing of Newlyweds

On February 14 the Armenian Church celebrated the Feast of the Presentation of our Lord Jesus Christ to the Temple. In the Mother Cathedral Holy Etchmiadzin Divine Liturgy was celebrated on this ocassion. This day is also proclaimed the Blessing day of newly wed couples by His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians. On this ocassion in the conclusion of the Holy Service a special blessing service was offered.
