Feast of the Holy Apostles St. Thaddeus and St. Bartholomew

The Apostles St. Thaddeus and St. Bartholomew, two of the twelve Apostles of Christ, came to Armenia and preached Christianity earning the title “The First Illuminators”. But still at the dawn of Christianity they were martyred in Armenia. Each year a Divine Liturgy is celebrated in all Armenian churches in the memory of the Holy Apostles.
