Feast of St. Gregory the Illuminator (Deliverance from the Pit) in the Artik Detention Facility

On June 21, the Armenian Apostolic Church celebrated the Feast of St. Gregory the Illuminator (Deliverance from the Pit). On this occasion Rev. Fr. Ruben Zargaryan, Chaplain of the Prison Ministries, offered a solemn Divine Liturgy in the St. Gregory the Illuminator Church in the Artik Detention Facility. The Mother See intends to also mark this day as the pilgrimage day of the Churches in Detention Facilities.
