Feast Day of St. Vardan Commander and His 1036 Companions in the Mother See

On 07 February 2013, the Feast Day of St. Vartan the Commander and His 1036 Companions was celebrated in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, under the presidency of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians. Divine Liturgy was celebrated on this occasion. The celebrant was His Grace Bishop Gevorg Saroyan, Dean of the religious educational institutions of the Armenian Church. Following the Liturgy a special Pontifical Prayer was offered.
