Diocesan Representative Assembly (November 2)

On November 2, the Diocesan Representative Assembly was convened at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan of Armenia attended the session of the Assembly. Delegates discussed issues concerning diocesan bylaws and sanctification of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
