Court of Appeal Decision on Jehovah Witness Incident

The Republic of Armenia Civil Court of Appeals has issued a ruling on on appeal lodged against a decision issued by the Republic of Armenia First Courts. The original complaint was filed by Reverand Father Yessai, Parish Priest of the Holy Trinity Church in Yerevan, against Mr. Andranik Makventsyan, a follower of the Jehovah Witnesses.
