The consecration of the newly built St. Gevork Armenian Church of Vladivostok, Russia; was offered by His Grace Bishop Hovnan Hakobyan, Grand Sacristan of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzn. The service was attended by municipal authorities and members of the Armenian community in Vladivostok.
