Consecration of Cross-Stone in the Diocese of Russia and New Nakhichevan

On October 12, the Armenian cross-stone placed in the Mamaev Kurgan Memorial in Volgograd was consecrated by the Primate of the Diocese of Russia and New Nakhichevan, in memory of the Armenian victims of the Battle of Staligrad.
