The consecration of the cross-stone was offered in the Diliska Armenian village of Akhalkalaki, Georgia; by His Grace Bishop Vazken Mirzakhanyan, Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia. The cross-stone is dedicated to the martyrs of the Armenian Genocide.
