Conclave of Cardinals To Elect New Catholic Pope

On March 12 the Conclave of Cardinals will select the 266th Pope of the Roman Catholic Church. 115 Cardinals are meeting in the Sistine Chapel in Rome, and once the new pontiff has been elected, the world will be informed when a puff of white smoke rises from the chimney pipe on the roof of the Sistine chapel.
