Commemoration of St. Gregory the Illuminator's Torture and Commitment to the Pit

On March 17 the Armenian Church celebrated the Feast of the Commemoration of St. Gregory the Illuminator's torture and commitment to the pit. On this occasion Divine Liturgy was celebrated in the Khor Virap Monastery. On this solemn occasion many pilgrims from regions of Armenian were in attendance.
