Commemoration Day of St. Hripsime and Her Companions

On May 27 Armenian Church celebrated the Feast of Saint Hripsime and her Companions. On this occasion a clerical procession from the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin walked to the Monastery of Hrispime, where Divine Liturgy was celebrated on the altar erected over the Virgin Saint's tomb by Saint Gregory the Iluminator. Following the Holy Liturgy, a Blessing of the Four Corners of the World service (Andastan), was offered in the courtyard of the Monastery.
