Commemoration Day of St. Gevorg the Warrior

On September 24 the Armenian Church celebrated the Commemoration Day of St. Gevorg the Warrior. On this occasion the relic of the saint was taken from the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin to the St. Gevork Church of Mughni. Following Divine Liturgy many pilgrims kissed the relic to receive blessings.
