On August 09, in the “Vatche and Tamar Manoukian” Library of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Grace Bishop Arshak Kachatryan, Chancellor of the Mother See; hosted the winners of the “Haykyan” Awards Ceremony, who supported Artsakh and Armenia during and after the 44-day War of Artsakh. The “Haykyan” Awards Ceremony is organized by the “Armenia First” initiative in cooperation with the "Help" foundation.
